Meet The Owner
A dedicated clinician, social worker, and advocate, Tonia Deese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She is the owner of Full Circle Wellness and provides counseling to adults and families.
She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, inter-generational trauma, perinatal and post-part mood changes, body image and self-esteem.
Tonia is also a writer, curriculum developer and trainer. She provided continuing education courses nationwide, for over a decade, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work.
Tonia is a member of the Waccamaw Siouan tribe, who taught her the importance of caring for the four parts of the circle (mind, body, spirit, heart).
She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, a Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist, a Revelation Fitness Instructor, and a Live Well Health Coach. She also holds a Certificate in Neuroscience for Mental Health Professionals.

Megan Harrell believes that every person’s story matters and that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies, Print Journalism, and Psychology from Liberty University, Megan is currently a Graduate Intern and will obtain her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in May 2027.
As a wife, mother, business owner, ministry leader, and graduate student, Megan understands firsthand the complexities of navigating multiple roles and responsibilities while striving to maintain wellness.
Her life has been shaped by international ministry experiences, serving for several years as a missionary in Lesotho and South Africa. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, faith concerns, and the lasting effects of trauma.
Megan is a graduate intern and is available to provide counseling to children, teens and adults at a low cost.

Danielle Lopes is an experienced operations and administrative professional who has built her career through hard work, adaptability, and a commitment to learning. With a background in healthcare and executive support, she has managed the daily operations of busy offices, coordinated staff, streamlined processes, and supported C-level leaders with discretion and reliability. Danielle is recognized for her ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments while creating a sense of stability and support for the people around her.
Passionate about mental health and overall wellness, Danielle brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to her work. She believes that strong operations and compassionate leadership go hand in hand, and she takes pride in being someone who others can depend on.
Outside of her professional life, Danielle is a proud mother and an active Tribal member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. She finds balance and inspiration through her faith, music, and exploring new places. These passions, along with her strong sense of community, continue to shape the way she shows up both at work and in life.
