Full Circle Wellness, PLLC
Individual Counseling
We provide trauma informed, evidenced based mental health services—through a Christian lens—to children, adolescents, adults and families.
We specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal and post-partum mood changes, self-esteem, and grief.
Family Counseling
We are passionate about serving families, because we believe family is where we form our first and most important relationships.
In family sessions, we will work to rebuild and repair the relationships that are important to you, to improve communication, and to decrease conflict.
Unfortunately, we do not provide couples counseling.
Mind.
Our thoughts determine our feelings. Our feelings determine our behavior.
We focus on identifying your thought patterns, how they are impacting you, and changing them for the better.
Body.
Our bodies hold onto our stress. When things get tough, we will challenge you to move your body.
We won’t ask you to run 3 miles, a 10-minute walk or gentle stretching will do!
Spirit.
If interested, we provide Christian counseling as a way to bring peace, hope, and joy into your life.
Heart.
Betrayal, heartache, broken relationships, abuse, trauma—all of these things weigh us down.
We focus on healing from the past, so it doesn’t impact your future.
Is Counseling Right For Me?
Are there things in your life that you would like to change, but you don’t know where to start?
Are you struggling with the ups and downs of life? Are you stressed, anxious, down, numb, or not feeling like yourself?
It’s time to get unstuck. It’s time to give therapy a try!
We Are Here For You.
We know coming to therapy can be scary, so we make it fit for you. We provide a safe place where we will listen first and help you overcome the challenges you face. We will walk alongside you as you break the chains in your life that are holding you down.
Our approach is laid-back, supportive, and solution focused. You will walk away with solid tools for managing the challenges you are facing in your life.
What is The Process Like?
We are passionate about you being well in the four parts of the circle (mind, body, spirit, heart), for when we pay attention to these areas of our lives, we thrive.
You pick the area(s) you want to focus on, and you pick where we will start. We look forward to working with you!
Step 1: Free Consultation
We will start with a 15 minute consultation to introduce ourselves, answer any questions you have, and determine if we are the right fit to work together.
We will also obtain your insurance or payment information and will schedule your first appointment.
Step 2: Intake Appointment
Your first appointment will last about an hour. We will get to know you more, gather information about what you are struggling with, and set treatment goals.
Step 3: Treatment Begins
Sessions will occur every 7 to 14 days and will address your priority areas of focus. You may be given skill building exercises to apply between sessions to increase the effectiveness of our work together.
Step 4: Maintenance and Closure
The frequency of sessions will decrease as things improve in your life or in your functioning. The focus shifts to you becoming your own therapist and maintaining the positive changes that have occurred in your life.
You will “graduate” from therapy when the time is right.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
