A dedicated clinician, social worker, and advocate, Tonia Deese is passionate about helping you achieve complete wellness—being healthy in your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Your work with Tonia will start with finding your strengths and building upon these strengths to meet your goals.

Tonia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tonia is the owner of Full Circle Wellness and provides counseling to teenagers, adults, and families full time. She is licensed to do so in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Massachusetts. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist.

She specializes in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, inter-generational trauma, body image and self-esteem. Tonia enjoys providing Christian counseling for those who are interested, as faith has been an important part of her own healing process.

Tonia is also a writer, curriculum developer and trainer. She provided continuing education courses nationwide, for over a decade, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work.

Tonia is a member of the Waccamaw Siouan tribe, who taught her the importance of taking care of the four parts of the circle (mind, body, spirit, heart). In her free time, she loves running, going to powwows, spending time with family, and teaching group fitness classes.

Tonia is also a Revelation Fitness Instructor and a Live Well Health Coach.

She is available to provide training and consultation to organizations and churches upon request.

Megan Harrell believes that every person’s story matters and that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Her passion for helping others is rooted in a lifetime of walking alongside people through seasons of growth, transition, loss, and hope.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies, Print Journalism, and Psychology from Liberty University, Megan is currently a Graduate Intern and will obtain her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in May 2027.

Megan’s husband serves as the pastor of Covenant Church in Harrisburg, NC. Together, they have raised five sons who range in age from 18 to 29. As a wife, mother, business owner, ministry leader, and graduate student, Megan understands firsthand the complexities of navigating multiple roles and responsibilities while striving to maintain emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness.

Her life has also been shaped by international ministry experiences, serving for several years as a missionary in Lesotho and South Africa, where she gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, resilience in the face of hardship, and the importance of community and connection.

Megan’s desire is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you will feel safe exploring your struggles, discovering your strengths, and moving toward meaningful change. She approaches counseling with humility, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique background and life story. Megan is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, faith concerns, and the lasting effects of trauma.
